Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Late arrival/early leavers responsibility

Any Part Day attendances, for example arriving at school late, or leaving the school early to attend an appointment is managed by the Office Staff. Parents and carer's are requested to report to the Office to complete a “late arrival/early leaver” slip. Adjustments will be made to each student’s attendance record accordingly.

Pick up by Non-Parents

If a student is being collected by someone other than their parent or guardian, parents should contact our front office. It is essential that the person picking up the student signs them out at the front office and brings some ID so we can verify the person picking them up. This step helps us keep a clear record of who is collecting each child and ensures that all students are leaving safely with authorised individuals.
